I want to know if the key caps are lasered?

I don't think it's pad printed since I don't recall there being any of that black fringing around the letter (I don't have the keyboard in front of me right now). The infill itself feels a bit raised as well. It's definitely not dye sublimation, since that process involves injecting dye into the plastic and is far more resilient to fading.

does this product come with cherry MX "BLACK" switches? Don't want the other colors.

Yes, this keyboard uses Cherry MX Black switches. There is a separate edition of this keyboard that uses MX Reds, so be sure to avoid that one if you want the firmer switches.
