I've already purchased a Galaxy Note Pro 32GB 12.2" - If I chose to upgrade the Flash card to 64GB - which one is compatible with my Note Pro?  Could you provide a link to the right one? Thanks

Is this Quad core or Exynos 5 Octa Chipset?
Part number SM-P9000ZKVXAR is Exynos 5 Octa Chipset but this website says Quad Core.

Which one is it?

It is octa core but only four can be used at a the same time.  One quad is high power, high performance.  The other quad is low power, when less performance is needed it gives you longer battery life.

Question 4

Just purchased the Note Pro 12.2. I've noticed a Yes answer to a question about upgrading the Flash HDD to 64Gb. Q#1 -Can you upgrade it to 128Gb?  Q#2 - Can you INCREASE the amount of RAM?  Q#3 - Where is a good place to buy a decent HARD protective case? Any answered question is MUCH appreciated.

Yes, you can install a 128GB micro SD card, but be sure it is formatted correctly.  Most people seem to find the SanDisks work fine right out of the box.
I don't know of a way to increase the RAM.  Obviously, you'd need to crack the case open for this upgrade.  Most tablets have the RAM soldered to the board so the typical RAM swap as you would do with a laptop or desktop is not possible.  Opening one of these cases is not the easiest task and putting it back together again can be a test of your patience.
Otterbox makes a case for this tablet, but it's rather expensive and bulky.  I did use a silicon gel cover that was thick, but I just removed it for a book cover.  Holding this feels like a laptop, it's not nearly as prone to fall out of your hands, but that's IMO.
It's a great tablet.  IMO, it's best feature is that you can type on the screen like it is a full keyboard.  I really like being able to type at normal speed on this.

Question 5

Do you know if any of the Android email clients can import Thunderbird export files?  Doesn't seem to be an Android version of Thunderbird.  This is a deal breaker.

Also there doesn't seem to be an audio output jack on this model (Note Pro 12.2) or is that just an accidental ommission?

One reason I went with Thunderbird (and threw Outlook in the wood chipper) is that the POPed messages are in plain readable text files.  The index is in another file, but ignoring that, I knew I could simply read the old mail if I had to switch again or had trouble importing for some reason.  I believe the concatenated message file is a common standard used by mail clients.

If you use IMAP (not POP), you don't have to worry about importing saved mail at all.  IMAP is the way to go if using multiple devices, anyway.

As for the audio jack, let me check carefully... yes, there is a jack, and the plug from a phone headset fit into it.  Trying a YouTube video... sound came over the earphone.  Did not try the microphone.

It only comes with a USB 3 Cable/Charger but it's MHL (Mobile High Definition Link) so you can purchase a separate HDMI adapter for it. Newegg offers a bunch of them really cheap. Just search "Galaxy Note HDMI adapter". There are also YouTube videos that show you how to connect other Galaxy Phones and Tablets using the adapters.
