A flash drive port, meaning a USB port? The dock has full sized USB while the tablet would need to use a cheap USB-to-go adapter (basically goes from microUSB to female-full size USB). If you're talking about a microSD card slot, yes it has one of those, but the specs say that already so I'm guessing you mean a USB port like the MS Surface has.

If you get the keyboard dock, then storage space instantly becomes a non-issue. In addition to memory sticks you can buy, the USB 3.0 slot supports portable hard drives like the Western Digital 2 TB My Passport hard drive, powered through the USB port. And if you're reluctant to give up your USB port because you have a USB mouse, ditch that USB mouse and get a Bluetooth mouse instead, and now you have your USB port free to use your hard drive!

I bought a Caseen Case for my TF701T.. Both the tablet and the case are Christmas presents so I haven't used either as of yet. I have opened the case and it looks well made and has received good ratings. Hope this helps some. Merry Christmas. Russ

It sounds like you're already answered your own question. Yes, one speaker. Not a big deal to me. These tiny speakers NEVER sound good anyway. Want Better sound? Use headphones or an external speaker (even a Bluetooth speaker will sound better then the internal).

Yes, didn't come with a cable. I wouldn't recommend this tablet. I think a tab s would be better

Not yet. As of this date, the current version of Android is 4.3. You'll need 4.4 to do the type of multi-tasking for which your seeking. You could root your phone and install a non-ASUS ROM, but there are obvious warrantee issues. BTW, I rooted my TF101 before its warrantee expired and I never regretted it. That 3 year old system is running Android 4.4. The ASUS TF pads are very well supported by the development community and you needn't worry when ASUS stops providing updates.

Office 2013 is not loaded on this tablet.  It is running Android and there are many applications at the google play store which can be loaded on the tablet.   As for the keyboard you can purchase the keyboard the is made for this machine. Please check the ASUS Website for details on the keyboard that is made for this tablet.
