No, this tablet as sold does not include the docking station.  You can dock the device if you purchase (if you can find) the Lenovo ThinkPad tablet 2 Dock - a compact but nice docking device.
You can also "dock" the tablet in the very superb Lenovo ThinkPad Tablet 2 Keyboard - which is a Bluetooth keyboard with a built-in stand support for the tablet.
Finding these accessories is the hard task.

Lenovo made both a docking station, which Lenovo just called a "Dock" (Lenovo item #0B47109), and a keyboard (Lenovo item #0B47270) for this tablet.  The keyboard got rave reviews from CNET.  I bought this tablet from Newegg at end of August, and was able to buy the docking station from other online sources.  I like both of these accessories, and also the ThinkPad Tablet 2 itself.  Lenovo has discontinued the entire product and its accessories (replaced by the new, better, more expensive ThinkPad 10 tablet - number follows ThinkPad this time, not after "tablet").  You should therefore act immediately to try to find any accessories, if you want them.  Do a Web search for "Lenovo dock 0B47109" or "Lenovo keyboard 0B47270" to see if you can still find any in-stock anywhere.  NOTE:  the first digit of those item numbers is a zero.

I bought my ThinkPad Tablet 2 from Newegg on August 26, and the Lenovo box label shows a manufacture date of May 19, 2014.

Can someone please confirm the stated memory of this unit?  I don't believe Lenovo made a 1GB unit. The part number listed - 367927U - *should* be a 2GB unit.
