Is the dock included?

Yes. The docking speaker is included.  ...I bought this as a xmas present for my daughter and she uses it every day. It's fast. and nice quality. I would also recommend buying the BobjGear cover for it.. it will protect it, but you would most certainly have to take it off to dock it. ....my daughter doesn't even use the dock, but i'm sure it's nice.

does it have gps ?

Not really sure, but i don't think so. However, you could just tether it to your cellphone for internet access.
