I guess that would depend on what you consider a non-Chinese Android tablet. Pretty much all electronics are made in China these days. The Android platform just happens to be so cheap to implement that there are lots of low-cost products that use it.

Yes, this particular model's speed is nothing to brag about. Other users have also reported problems with touch screen responsiveness, though I don't have them.

You get what you pay for. You're not likely to find a better Android tablet with these specs for this price.

screen protecter for my tablet are they to be left on the tablet or taken off?

After a while they both get loose and want to come off (front and back.)

I just replaced the front protector recently with a low cost one.

Back one I left off but now I have a few small scuff marks.

754TPC UNLOCK STEPS

1.          Turn off the tablet

2.         AT THE SAME TIME - Hold the Back Key button (the one with the arrow) and the Power button.

3.         When the android appears let go of only the POWER BUTTON

4.         A screen should appear with multiple options in Chinese. Press number 2

5.         A screen appears with four boxes at the top and two at the bottom

a.          Focusing on the top four boxes press the FIRST BOX ON THE SECOND ROW (bottom left box)

6.         Then press the GREEN robot bottom at the bottom of the page

7.         A screen appears with four boxes at the top and two at the bottom

a.          Focusing on the top boxes press the SECOND BOX ON THE SECOND ROW (bottom right box)

8.         The tablet should turn off

9.         WAIT three minutes then turn the tablet back on and the tablet should no longer require a password.
