My wall isn't that deep/thick. How large are the screws that go into the wall? Are the screws thick or very deep? Also, once installed on the wall does is offer the flexibility to slide the TV from left to right? Thanks.

It comes with 2 different size screws one has a roughly 8mm head and the other has a roughly 12mm head with the screw diameter being about 3/4 of that. As for length they are both about 4 inches long and are made to go into a stud. As for sliding the unit will slide with some effort (we have a 42 inch on this) and it has an optional bar to prevent the tv from sliding (in the case of someone bumping it I would assume) but as stated we can slide it if we remove this bar but it is not a fluid slide.
