I have a mounting bracket from my Dish, can I use that device to mount this antenna?

Can I use the cable that his from my Dish for this device; co-ax?

The mounting bracket and mast is the exact same as the one on my Dish. Keep in mind that they could vary, but the antenna should mount to it.
The Dish coax should be fine. I did not use mine. You want the shortest run of wire you can. The dish is mounted on the opposite side of my house to where the coax goes into my house.

Doe you need an amplifier?

No amplifier needed. I just hooked mine up today. Straight from the antenna to the TV. Works great. Its only a 20' run, tho. If you're traveling a long distance and splitting to tv's in every bedroom, then an amplifier would be necessary. My local stations are within 30 miles and come in crystal clear!

How big is the antenna , size wise ?

Length of antenna not including the mount is 35 inches
Width at the widest point (towards the mount) is 35 inches

Just wanted to note that Newegg is shipping the Ant751R not the Ant751.  The Ant751R is the newer model optimized for the current allowed frequencies for digital transmissions.

Can you mount on wood (like 2x4 A-frames in my attic)?

It mounts just fine to the 2x4s in the attic.  I never mounted it outside with a clear view, but I know I have amazing reception in the attic with the A-frame going right through the middle of it, do to limited space and the direction it has to point. 40+ clear channels here in Las Vegas.

Does this antenna have an amplifier and does it come with coaxial cable?

It does not come with an amp. It has a coaxial hookup, but no cable. I think they didn't include it because the length varies so much with each installation. I got 100 ft. of cable for cheap and it works great.

Question 6

Can multiple tv's be connected to this antena? Also is an amplifier built in or do you need to purchase, if so which brand model is compatible

No amp is provided with this ant.  You will need to buy one separately and most any brand will work.  Yes multiple TVs can be attached, just remember that when you split the signal to each TV your dropping the level so eventually you will dropt the signal level to a point it will not work.  A good amp with built in splitter will do the job for you.

Does it need a diverter?

Not sure what you mean by a diverter...?  I'm 40+ miles from The TV stations.  I mounted it in the attic and have installed a signal booster at the antenna and at the TV.  Works great.

Question 8

I have cable now.  Can I replace the cable company's "line in" outside my home to deliver signal through existing coax outlets?

To answer your question, yes, you technically could. However you would get poor reception quality or even no channels.

Usually cable companies will run a "main" line into your house and then use splitters to split it off and send to multiple TV's. This will cause a loss of reception since this antenna is not amplified. I have seen this from personal experience because I have used 1 splitter and two cables and I actually lost some channels

They recommend using one single coax cable from the antenna straight into your TV.

I get about 23 channels, about half are HD 1080p and 720p. Works great.

Also try to have this mounted at the highest point of you house. Usually the roof works the best.

Mounting brace looks like a satellite dish mount. It's an example mounting. Some 1 1/4 conduit from lowes or Home Depot will do the job, besides you'll want to get above the bulk of the trees. Cloudy days cause rain fade like symptoms.

HOW MANY MILES IS IT RATED FOR?

It depends on location and terrain.  I bring in stations at least 10 miles away.  This is the most effective HD antenna out there.  If this won't work nothing else will...
