Does this PC have a USB-C cable? And am I allowed to insert more SSD cards into it?

I don’t think it has a usb c insert but I added another SSD card into the motherboard. I had to remove the gpu to add the SSD but that was easy with a YouTube tutorial. Over all great pc runs all my games on max graphics with easily over 100 fps.

How can I control the RGB?

Some apps on pcs allow for the control of pc parts such as the rgb.

Does it come with just the pc?

Yes just the tower no mouse and keyboard.
