No motherboards DO NOT come with an operating system. I believe what you're seeing advertised is that this MOBO is windows 11 ready, meaning it is compatible with windows 11 which is not the case for all motherboards currently on the market.

What is the minimum wattage for the power supply for this mother board? I don't see it in the online specs
