The OG-FiDO-2R is a cutting-edge, openGear compatible, 2-channel Fiber to 3G-SDI converter, expertly designed to extend 3G-SDI signals up to an impressive distance of 10 km (32, 808 ft) over standard single mode fiber optic cable. The fiber connector is securely attached to the main card, enhancing reliability and cost-effectiveness. As an openGear compatible device, the OG-FiDO-2R guarantees compatibility with other openGear products from certified openGear partners. The modular rear panel allows for custom I/O connections per card, included with individual cards for maximum flexibility. For added security, an optional redundant power supply can provide a secondary power source in the event of a primary power failure. A standard Ethernet connection allows the frame to be accessed via the Dashboard application for overall frame communication. For advanced communication with compatible openGear cards, optional per-card Ethernet access can be installed in the frame.
