Parts are New or Like New! - The TVs we get our parts from are coming from Major Retailers. Parts are generally pulled from TV's that were damaged in shipping or during setup and never used.
Rarely parts are from TV's with some use, however they would need to be returned within the retailers return timeframe, so used parts generally have under 3 months of use on them.
