Pimax's pancake lenses achieve the widest field of view of any micro-OLED VR headset, while maintaining ultra-high clarity. This is due to the three-layer lens design, with the top layer being concave.
The Pimax Dream Air weighs around 170 grams, coupled with an ergonomic facemask and backstrap, both which are easily moddable for maximum comfort.
Play VR games in Steam, or run any OpenXR or OpenVR applications. All powered by Pimax Play, with dozens of configuration options.
With DFR and adjustable render resolution, the Dream Air works with most modern gaming PCs.

- Recommended: RTX 3070 and higher
Eye tracking at 120Hz powers Dynamic Foveated Rendering, meaning applications and games only need to render sharp where you are looking. This creates an enormous performance boost.
The Dream Air Lighthouse Version employs outside-in tracking and requires SteamVR base stations*. It does not include controllers, making it well-suited for users who already own compatible SteamVR controllers or trackers. The Dream Air SLAM Version, by contrast, uses inside-out SLAM tracking via four onboard headset cameras and eliminates the need for external base stations. It ships with two 6DoF controllers, allowing users to start playing right out of the box.
For existing SteamVR users, the Lighthouse Version offers the more cost-efficient upgrade path. For those new to VR, the SLAM Version provides a more accessible and complete starting point.

The Dream Air works with laptops, as long as the laptop has a direct GPU output to MiniDP or USB-C port. You will need an adapter that supports DP 1.4a specification at 8K resolution at 60 Hz. In doubt, open Nvidia Control Panel, go to PhysX settings, and share a screenshot of what you see with our customer support.
