The TRX50 AERO D is compatible with the Threadripper 7000 processors. I have 2 of these, they are good MB's. Best BIOS for Threadripper TRX50.

Does Rev. 1.1 support S3 sleep mode? Rev. 1.0 does not.

Yes. I am using Kingston Fury Renegade Pro R-DIMMs with EXPO enabled.

Which well reviewed AIO cooler covers the full area of STR5 CPU?

I don't know about "well reviewed". Puget Systems says they'll be using the Asetek 836S-M1A. That seems to be unavailable at retail. AMD has a list of approved coolers for the 7000X series. A couple of them (Enermax LIQTECH TR4 II Series 360mm, Silverstone IceGem 360) have large cooling plates, but a number of unfavorable reviews. I'm trying one from Alphacool. Their Eisbaer Pro series have large plates. The fans they include are supposed to be noisy. I've swapped in some Phanteks T30 fans. (I had to obtain some 35mm long M3 screws, as the Alphacool radiators use metric screws.) They're not very noisy at 2000RPM, although they are audible. In my opinion, there is no well-established AIO cooler for the Threadripper 7000 series at the moment.

Which revision is being sold by Newegg?

I'd also like an answer to this question. I haven't seen any website display the revision number.
