Yes, this should work. It's hard to say for sure without the exact model number of your TV. But if you have that just look up the mounting screw distances for your TV. The Bracket has holes at all the common distances. Just make sure you secure the mount to a stud.

I tried to use the AV PA740 Articulating Wall Arm for my new TV, the Samsung 40” Class 1080p 120Hz LED Smart TV – UN40F6300AFXZA. It DID NOT WORK in that it did not have the right mounting screws for the TV; I had to go out and buy another wall mount on the open market (it was made by Rocketfish) and that one worked great!

if i have a tv and this tv mount other than tools to install is there anything else I need to purchase? Specifically is all the hardware included?

Yes, all of the hardware is included and the instructions are easy to follow.  The only things needed extra might be a stud finder, measuring and leveling tools, and a drill.

Question 2

How hard (time consuming) is it to remove the TV/Monitor from the mount?

I would like to use this in a showroom, but still be able to easily detach the TV so that I can take it with me to trade shows. When the show is over I want to hang the TV back up on the mount.

Removing the TV from the mount would be fairly easy (< 5 minutes).  The bracket that is mounted to the TV has four slots.  So, you would only have to loosen four Phillips screws on the mounting bracket and then lift the TV off the mounting bracket.
