Is the PSU cover removable?

Yes. There are three thumb screws on the back side, then the whole thing slides forward and comes out. You can still mount your PSU without it. Great case. I was surprised how nice it is for the price.

Does this have a hinge?

Yes.  The glass rests on 2 hinges and then has 2 screws on the other side to secure it in place.  It actually comes apart really nicely. It also is very easy to put the glass back on. I love this case!

Does it have good airflow?

Yes the airflow is excellent.  Front, rear and top are all very open and you can fit a 2080 with tons of room.

Im confused if it comes with its own fans or not?

Purchased over a year ago, the Enthoo Pro came with two fans.  Both were basic black cooling fans - one front/ one rear.  I added two large blue LED fans - one lower front and one in the top panel directly over the CPU.  The case is the best I have own - its build quality is superb.

so I'm confused, are the RGB lights already integrated in the glass? or do i have to buy separate RGB strips?

No you have to use separate RGB strips, fans, etc. The case does come with a controller and power switch lighting can change without any additional hardware. All the Phanteks RGB lighting is compatible.

I ordered this case and had one quick question.... I know the glass is on hinges, but can you remove the glass when working on the inside... like can you lift the glass off the hinges?? Thanks!

Will a 240m rad fit on the top?

Yes, That and larger will work.  I currently have a 240mm Radiator in mine, there are multiple screw combinations available and also has mesh on top if you needed to do a more customized fit.

I like the build quality a lot.  It is solid with lots of places to route cables and no sharp edges that would snap cables or cut your fingers.

can it fit 4 double slot video cards?

Yes assuming your motherboard has 16X slots spaced out correctly.  I have actually done so with an MSI Carbon blah blah AMD X399 Threadripper motherboard.   The only warning is that at the bottom of most motherboards are a lot of the USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 internal ports and other connectors so depending on what your motherboard has there, it might cause problems getting that last GPU in correctly....  But yes there are 8 expansion slots for a 4 GPU setup.
