Core clock and boost clock seems to be the same as FE. Are these the "factory overclook" speeds?

All of PNY's previous cards in the XLR8 line have shipped with a modest overclock, and given that this is the "Overclocked Edition," it would be a little nuts if this one shipped with the stock clock speed. It's anyone's guess why PNY isn't listing the OC speed yet, but I suspect this will be in the neighborhood of 1635 - 1650 Mhz. Who the heck knows, though.

does this gpu support vulkan api?

Hello Brock, yes this card can support the Vulkan API as the minimum requirements to support Vulkan on a Nvidia graphics card is to have a graphics card with a Kepler (GTX 700 series) or newer GPU architecture. Hope this helps! Newegg Support
