Works great for my RAID card
Pros: I'm using it to cool my LSI-9271-8i RAID card in my non-server case. In a "normal" server case you have a pretty good amount of airflow from front to back and blowing over your devices but in normal desktop cases you don't. So this works wonders to keep my RAID card cool. Without it my RAID card gets really really hot.
Cons: none
meh
Pros: 60Hz 4K mini-dp switch.
Cons: Mine stutters. The 4K 60Hz screen shakes every 5-10 seconds which makes it un-usable. It doesn't always do this, but it seems that it has some flaky component that causes this to start up after a while. It's not the cables: One device is a Macbook pro Retina in a Henge dock and if I connect the extension cable from the dock directly to the cable that would connect to the KVM it works fine. Might be bad connectors on the back of the KVM...might be flaky component inside the KVM.
Overall Review: Haven't RMA'd it yet, didn't notice until after 30 days, so can't return to NewEgg...:(.
Really Solid
Pros: I've been using these in a RAID 6 with an LSI-9271-8i card. They've performed perfectly. The 840-pro's DO generate drive activity on Pin-11 so they are friendly to many hotswap trays. OCZ's aren't or weren't.
Cons: none
Overall Review: I am using a Supermicro M28SAB 8x2.5" in 2x5.25" bay hotswap rack which has 2 iPass (SFF-8087) connectors and 2 power connectors. I am connecting the rack to an LSI 9271-8i RAID card. The 840-Pro's are the only ones that display drive activity, the OCZ's are either solid on, solid off, or solid RED because they've failed. Samsung 840-Pro are the only way to fly. I made a post on the OCZ forums, you can search for Pin-11 MrFreshly to read it if you want any more info.
Works great
Pros: Works great, handles the weight without a problem. Inexpensive. Solid.
Cons: Kind of a pain to attach.
Overall Review: Really makes me appreciate the way Dell does their rails. I used it along with the NORCO RPC-470.
For the money
Pros: For the money, it's a good deal. Pretty solid construction. Heavy.
Cons: Back card-slot-bracket areas are flimsy. You have to wiggle the cut-outs and pop them out in order to use the card slots. The metal is thing and is not very tolerant to the bending you have to do to remove the blanks. Sharp edges are not finger friendly. Heavy
Overall Review: I built a GPU hashing rig with it and added the "Habey RL-26 26" 3-sections Ball-Bearing Slide Rail". Worked perfectly though it's really heavy.
Works great
Pros: Works with everything I've thrown at it. I bought 3 of them and have 24-27" LCD's on them.
Cons: The post is not as high as I'd like it to be.
Overall Review: I wish I could find a longer post to mount the arms on so I could get a couple screens to stack. I'm not sure if the C-Clamp will support the load with the screen higher up as that'd change the stress but I think it will as it seems like it's pretty burly.
