Pros: Its a switch... Plug it in and it works. It does have a tiny electrical noise from it but its no concern.

Pros: easy to use. just needs ram. no issues with the cpu fan. quite. runs windows 7 pro like a dream and runs youtube with out any glitches.

Cons: none

Overall Review: paired with corsair 1333 4gb ram and a western digital 500gb laptop hard drive uses about 25W total.. such a power sipper.

Overall Review: I am very happy with TP-Link. I have a router, switch, access points all from them and not a single issue with any of there devices.
