Works great and it's quiet
Pros: - Quiet - No Coil Whine - No bright RGB Lights
Cons: -No back plate
Overall Review: This is a great card, I have had no issues with it. No coil whine, no issues with overheating. It runs cool and quiet like EVGAs usually do. Have had no issues with drivers as well. It has no RGB which I don't mind because I will take function over flashing lights. Overall I highly recommend.
I can't recommend this monitor
Pros: - Good picture quality - IPS - 144Hz - 1440p (2K) - HDR400 - Several input options - Vesa Mount compatible - Nice base if you're not using a VESA mount
Cons: - Annoying bright white blinking standby light. They need to use an amber solid standby light like everyone else. I took a star off for this. - NO DDC/CI support on this monitor! I like to use ScreenBright to adjust my monitor brightness with shortcuts and this monitor almost never works. My Acer monitor never has issues with it. Sometimes restarting Windows gets it to work with the Gigabyte monitor, but most of the time the monitor does not work with DDC/CI. So if you want to control your monitor with software through DDC/CI, STAY AWAY FROM THIS MONITOR! I verified with Gigabyte support that their monitors don't have DDC/CI support and that you have to use their own software which uses their own proprietary protocols and not the standard protocol. - Monitor brightness flickers when AMD Freesync is turned on, I've never had issues with my prior Asus monitor doing that with Freesync. - Another issue is the USB hub in the monitor kept waking my computer up, I couldn't figure out what was causing this until I finally got rid of this monitor and the issue magically stopped.
Overall Review: I can't recommend this monitor due to all the negatives. Difference from going from 1080p to 1440p in clarity (especially text) is good. My issues like I said is with the super bright blinking standby light that I wish would be solid amber when the monitor is in standby. The other issue being no DDC/CI support. The 3rd negative being AMD Freesync doesn't seem to work right with the monitor either, causing screen brightness flickering. 4th negative with this monitor is the USB hub in the monitor kept waking my computer up, I couldn't figure out what was causing this until I finally got rid of this monitor and the issue magically stopped.
Amazing board for the money
Pros: -Everything just worked first time with zero issues -Turn on DOCP (XMP) to auto OC memory -Easy to use bios -Fan Xpert makes it super easy to manage all fan speeds -Lots of fan headers -High quality board -RGB
Cons: -Southbridge fan gets covered up by video card (haven't had any issues with overheating though, so doesn't seem to be a problem as long as you have proper cooling in your case)
Overall Review: I got this ASUS TUF X570 Plus for the AMD Ryzen 3900X and it worked PERFECTLY on the first try. This is the 2nd time I'm trying the 3900X as the first go I gave up with so many issues with posting and resuming from sleep, but that was with an MSI board which was junk, would never buy an MSI board ever again. Everything just WORKED with the Asus board. I was even able to go into the bios and turn on DOCP (XMP) and my memory automatically clocked up to it's OC rated speed automatically. I can't express enough how much better Asus boards are over MSI boards. GET this board or any Asus board for that matter, much more stable. Runs the 3900X like a dream and my Crucial Ballistix 3200 memory (2x 16gb).
Excellent power supply
Pros: - Durable - Quiet - Fully modular - Lots of connector options - 10 year warranty
Cons: - Cables aren't mesh
Overall Review: Corsair has a high reputation for high quality long lasting power supplies and that continues. Hooked this up to replace a problematic EVGA PSU and I'm so glad I switched to Corsair. Corsair fired right up with no issues. Very well built, highly recommend.
Excellent durable quiet fans
Pros: - Hydrodynamic Bearings (extremely long life and quiet) - 4 pin PWM - Durable - Quiet - Look nice
Overall Review: I have been using Cougar fans for years and haven't had one fail yet. They use the extremely long life hydrodynamic bearings which I love. Highly recommend them!
Works great
Pros: - Runs Cool - Runs Quiet - Cheaper Than Nvidia Counterpart
Overall Review: This card has been working great for me overall, it runs quiet and cool. Like others have said the drivers were a little rough at first. Although I had no crashing or blue screens, mine were minor like the DDC/CI not working over DisplayPort and my 2nd monitor using HDMI wasn't going to sleep. Everything I was experiencing driver related was fixed in driver 19.9.3. Working great in games as well as doing handbrake video encoding. Pairs nicely with my 3900X.
