What happens if I add an item to cart but the quantity sells out before I checkout?

Because Doorbusters are limited-quantity and available only while supplies last, adding to cart does not guarantee the price or availability. If the deal sells out before your checkout completes, the price may revert to regular pricing.

Are Doorbuster deals eligible for Black Friday Price Protection?

No. Doorbuster-priced items are not eligible for the Black Friday Price Protection program. If you purchase an item displaying the “Black Friday Price Protection” badge and the same item appears as a Doorbuster deal at a lower price, it will not be eligible for a refund.

What is the Black Friday Price Protection program?

From November 1 through November 19, 2025, if a customer purchases a product displaying the Black Friday Price Protection badge and that same product drops to a lower price on the same site where it was purchased on or before November 29, 2025, Newegg will automatically refund the difference to the original payment method.
