- Q1: How can I add an external hard drive?
- A1: There's one SATA port inside and one e-SATA behind the NVR. You can add an external HDD (up to 6TB) via the port and provide an extra power supply for it to enlarge the capacity.
- Q2: Does this security camera support time-lapse feature?
- A2: This feature is only available when the camera is used without the NVR and you can set time-lapse videos ONLY on Reolink App, the time-lapse video needs to be stored on an SD card. (not included)
- Q3: When I tried to connect my IP cameras from other brands, why don't they display?
- A3: Reolink cameras works perfectly with Reolink NVRs. But it is not recommended to add third-party cameras to Reolink NVRs since there may involve compatibility problems. That's why some of the functions don't work properly.
