2048 PIXEL ADJUSTMENT METHOD
How Can I Adjust It To Control 2048 Pixels?
Maximum number of control pixels: Total 2048 pixels. Recommend use of 300 pixels (Approx. 5 meters of light strip length.)
Press and hold for 5 seconds to enter the setup menu and press MODE+ and MODE- to adjust the number of LED pixel points. Only adjust 32 points each time.
Press the B button to adjust the RGB sequence. (Tips: If you want to adjust the pixel points from 300 to 2048, you need to press the 'MODE+' key 54 times.)
Why often receive messages from buyers saying that the controller does not fit your fixture?
Please note: This controller is only suitable for 5V ws2812/ws2811/ws2812b light strips.
Why the light is slightly bright or only red light up?
Reason: incorrect voltage use, please keep in mind: Input voltage=output voltage(For example, DC5V WS2812B LED Strip, must use DC 5V power supply)
What if the controller displays the wrong color, e.g. the red button displays green?
This does not mean there is a problem with the controller. the problem can be solved by resetting the R/G/B sequence by referring to the guidelines on the details page above and the product manual.
What is the operability range of the RF remote control?
32-98FT (In the absence of obstructions)
Why does the controller get hot when in use?
The product itself can carry power 5V<30W, 12V<72W, 24V<144W, such as more than this power, please give the light strips a separate power supply, or with the use of amplifiers, otherwise it will lead to controller overload damage.
