Question 1

Do I have some movement as to where I install the screws so that I can center tv on wall??  Or is there only one set of holes??

There is movement(left to right) on the slide bar that the TV mounts too.  to be honest i cant recall if there are multiple sets of anchor holes.  there should be two sets of them though, 18" apart and 24" apart.  You do not center the back part of the wall mount.  it needs to be put as close the the center of the wall and anchored to your wall studs.  then when you hang the TV on it, you slide it left to right to center it the rest of the way.

Question 2

This says up to a 55" TV,I was wondering if you could use it for a 60 or 65" as long as it isn't over 180lbs or if it just won't work?

I bought this for my father, who has a 42" TV, so I haven't tested it with anything larger. I think what would limit the size of the TV is the spacing of the two brackets that attach to the back of the TV. The two vertical bars seen in the picture screw into existing holes in the back of the TV, and then rest on the two round horizontal tubes in the picture. As long as the two vertical bars aren't too far apart to rest on the horizontal tubes, you should be OK. The rest would depend on the weight, but it seemed pretty sturdy. The bolts that screwed into the wall were probably overkill (as long as they are screwed into the studs). Of course, I haven't tested with a larger TV, so there maybe something else I'm missing.

Question 3

I just bought a home and the old owner left a mounting plate on the wall, but no tv hardware. It appears to be this mount, but I cannot be sure. Can anyone tell me if the horizontal bars are 1" wide, spaced 10" on center?

The bars are about 1" in diameter but only 9.5" apart.

Question 4

Does this bracket accommodate VESA 200x200?

There are many mounting holes so the mount is flexible for sizing.  If doing 200x200,  the vertical mount bars would be relatively close together and not ideal for very wide and heavy displays in terms of stability (IMO).
