Can this be rotated so that monitors can be viewed in landscape and portrait?

I just checked my mount that I use for a security system monitor. No it can't be twisted 90degress. However the mounting screw holes are the same size. So you could mount the monitor in Potrait mode. But you'd have to unbolt it to change to landscape. Hope this was helpful.

Will this work with this monitor?

I would think so if the mounting holes on the back of the monitor are 75mm (a tad less than 3") or 100mm (a tad less than 4")

This can either be 2 inches from the wall or 10? it is adjustable from the wall correct?

I have my 23.6" about 2 to 3 inches from the wall with the mount. I suppose it can go about 10 from the wall. But it's not recommended that you extend it because that puts more strain on the arm. You want it, ideally, as close to the wall as possible. It is adjustable from the wall if you want it further away from the wall though.

What is the weight of this Unit?

not sure, but should be insignificant compared to the monitor-attached...  ive got it just sunk into drywall (no stud) and a smallish 18" monitor attached (aoc f19s = 3.7kg)...  in my case, i will guess that if the monitor is 8 lbs - then the total-weight is less-than-10-lbs...  to be sure, the stand IS made of metal (not plastic) so it has some heft to it...  i would definitely recommend it, in case that matters...
