does it swivel and tilt?

Dear Ralph it does tilt about 15 degrees but does not swivel . also easy to mount just a little heavy don't think its gonna break anytime soon I hope that helped

I bought this and installed a Samsung 46" Smart TV on it. So far so good. The only thing I can't figure out is some way to lock the TV bracket to the wall mount. The instructions mention a rod or some such that locks the TV bracket to the wall mount so it can't get knocked off, but I can't really see how this works. The only thing I have left over is a strange looking plastic hook and I can't see how this piece can secure the unit together. Did anyone else experience this? How do I ask Rosewill? Thanks

Mine didn't have a rod either, but what I figured out was that the TV brackets each have a small "arm" that pivots. When the TV is hanging on the bracket reach behind and fold the arms back slightly. You will be able to see that these arms or tabs will then catch on the upper bar of the wall mount if the TV tries to come off. I could see where a long rod should slide through once the arms are in the right position but mine didn't have one. Your plastic hook that is left over is for your cables. It hangs on the one of the wall mount bars for you to hang and clean up your cables. Hope this helps.
