SABRENT 2TB Rocket 4 Plus NVMe 4.0 Gen4 PCIe M.2 Internal Extreme Performance SSD + M.2 NVMe Heatsink for The PS5 Console (SB-RKT4P-PSHS-2TB)

Product Features | Designed For PS5

Engineered to fit perfectly and easily into the PS5 SSD expansion slot: installation has never been easier on the PS5

Revolutionary Cooling

Made from high quality CNC aluminum, the Sabrent PS5 heatsink was designed to maximize cooling performance and simplify installation

Upgrade Your PS5

Rather than creating a heatsink that would only trap the heat in the metal cover, we designed a heatsink that replaces the native PS5 cover and benefits from natural airflow

Superior Build Quality

This SSD heatsink method also uses Sabrents "sandwich" design which ensures even pressure throughout the SSD for consistent heat transfer

Next Level SSD

Our legendary Rocket SSD lineup has a drive for everyone. Want up to double the bandwidth a PCIe 3.0 drive can provide? Want to guarantee you get quality hardware inside? Do you want a drive that will work in a PC, console, enclosure, and everything in between? Then the Rocket 4 Plus is for you - an updated version of our popular Rocket NVMe 4.0, designed to further push the limits of PCIe 4.0.

Dont settle for PCIe 3.0

Have a new motherboard that can handle PCIe 4.0? Supercharge your experience with a Gen4 NVMe SSD. The future is only getting faster, and the Rocket 4 Plus tests even the boundaries of PCIe 4.0.

Get tried and true hardware

Our Rocket 4 Plus comes with TLC and DRAM to make sure you never suffer any performance pitfalls. Were always working to keep the firmware and flash at the cutting edge. Be fast, day or night, and leave the competition in the dust.

Ready for computers and consoles

The Rocket 4 Plus utilizes an eight-channel controller to reach speeds of up to 7,100 MB/s, more than enough to meet any storage challenge. A lot of speed goes an even longer way.

Superior Build Quality | A premium drive without compromise

We pride ourselves on offering affordable, reliable drives for every type of user. We believe that no one should have to compromise on storage - your files, your games, your drive: guaranteed. We also make sure to offer a wide range of capacities, including up to an astonishing 8TB for the Rocket 4 Plus.

Rather than creating a heatsink that would only trap the heat in the metal cover, we designed a heatsink that replaces the native PS5 cover. This accomplishes two things: First, this allows the heatsink to be cooled by the PS5s fan rather than negative pressure resulting in more stable and cooler temperatures. Second, it creates a larger heatsink allowing more heat to be transferred out of the SSD.

Rocket Heatsink For PS5 vs 3rd Party Heatsink

We compare our Sabrent Heatsink to a 3rd party heatsink compatible for the PS5 and the results will surprise you!! You wanted thermal tests so I gave it to you!
