No, it's just the NVMe drive. There are several programs that can be used to facilitate transferring your data over though. Like Clonezilla, Macrium Relfect Free Edition, DriveImage XML, Mondo Rescue, and Paragon Backup & Recovery Free.

Yes, this edge connector has the M type key. The B type key would have a notch on the left side separating 6 pins on the edge connector away from the rest. This one shown here is notched on the right side, separating 5 pins away from the others. A B + M key would be the third type which combines the two.
