The only way I have found is to go to Tracfone's website and use the "Check Your Balance" option near the top right bar of the site.

This phone does NOT have the dual camera lenses.  Only the one on the back and does NOT have a flash.  It is a 2mp camera but not super quality.  It does a decent job with photos and can also take video.  I am not sure what other phones are available, just check the Tracfone website.

I have had one of these phones for about 6 months and it seems to pickup and use most all carriers signals.  I have had very good luck no matter where I have used the phone.  If you have had other TracFone's, this one is basically the same... I am not on a monthly plan, I just used the prepaid airtime cards you can buy from most retailers or purchase directly using your phone.
