You pay for the minutes separate from the phone.
You may pay for minutes a year in advance (tripled)
and it works out much, much cheaper than the regular
phone contracts.

It may not work as well for you if you use the phone
a lot and utilize a lot of data info.

Yes, WiFi is built into the phone and will work without a monthly fee.  You will need wireless internet service in your home or use open hot stops in your neighborhood.

Yes, great phone for the price plus triple minutes is a great value too.  I use this phone as a backup, since I go places where my normal carrier provides no service.  Phone is very light weight and small, will fit in a shirt pocket, battery charges fast.

Yes.  Very slow, and images don't fit on the screen.  I don't use it for Internet.
