I did not purchase this unit. Someone tried to use my credit card without my knowledge. Since newegg has taken the approach that someone who I don't know hacked my info from newegg (google it. Several people have had the same experience) I have opted to never open an account with them again.

I bought this phone Feb. 2014. It was brand new. It includes T-Mobile SIM and charger. No problems with the phone.

Yes it does but you have to unlock it first, if you do not unlock it, it wont work. Tmobile can unlock it for you if you have paid the phone in full and you have been 2 months or more with them.

Standard 'Limited' 1 Year Warranty. As usual you need to register it via Samsung. 4G LTE capable for T-Mobile.
Come with its own sim card. Is not a micro card!
Call quality is very good depending on your service connection of course. Speakerphone is quite adequate.

That is can I put any sim card and make calls without contract with any carrier?

I dont think so since it is locked to tmobile but you can ask tmobile to unlock it after like 2 months.
