Pros: I have used nothing but Samsung hard drives for the past three years. Extremely reliable drives for a low cost.

Overall Review: We eat hard drives in copy machines. Samsung drives seem to tolerate the operating conditions better than any others. I have yet to replace one in that application. I've replaced every other make, though.

Pros: Incredible price for such an outstanding product. Quiet and fast. Also runs very cool. Using it for TV recording and Playback in a Media Center PC.

Overall Review: I've purchased a total of 3 samsung drives, been using one for about a year and a half. I've been very happy with all of them.

Pros: fast, super silent, cool to the touch. you cant hear it when its idle. seek noises aren't annoying but very subtle, you can barely hear it in a quality case. this is just like the 500gb version which is taking all the attention from this smaller capacity drive.

Overall Review: I have two on raid 1 and its great!

Pros: Very low temps and quiet. The coolest drive I have ever run, it never gets hotter than 22C. I cannot here it in my case, at all! Very fast and reliable SATA II. Big 16MB cache.

Cons: No old style 4-pin molex connection, doesn't matter to me but maybe a hassle for some. Get a 99 cent converter, I guess.

Overall Review: The only drives to consider right now, in my opinion. Beats anything Western Digital or Seagate have for the size.

Overall Review: Nice drives for a *silent* RAID array. Works perfectly in powermac G5 dual 1.8. Even with plenty of ram, a RAID striping array makes a huge performance difference.
