I just want to know, can this cam can be used on a pc?

Not easily, if at all. I plugged it into my PC to test for you, it recognizes that it's a web camera but there are no driver files for it. While it's possible you might be able to search the internet to find drivers for it, it's not going to be something that you can just plug in and use. Works great on the TV, though.
