Does this smart lock require an additional gateway purchase for internet connectivity?
No gateway required. Supports direct 2.4GHz WiFi connection. Simply connect to your existing home WiFi network to get started.
Can the lock still be opened normally without WiFi?
Yes. While remote control requires WiFi, local unlocking methods such as fingerprint, passcode, NFC card, and mechanical key are unaffected by network connectivity and remain functional even during outages.
What unlocking methods are supported?
Supports multiple unlocking methods including fingerprint, passcode, NFC cards, mechanical key, remote unlocking via app, and temporary passcode, catering to diverse scenarios such as daily home use and visits from friends and family.
What should I do if the battery runs out?
