Only IF your system supports SAS. This is not a SATA drive!
Also, these may be sold as "new", but they are not. Seagate also does not warranty them.
Save yourself a lot of trouble and buy a new 2TB SATA drive that is plug-and-play.

Can this drive be installed on a lenova Laptop with win 7?

No, this is a 3.5 in Hard drive for desktops. You need to purchase a 2.5 in Hard drive for laptops. I would recommend an SSD hard drive, the faster speed is worth the extra price, you're laptop will run significantly faster. Well..., this is 3 TB though. Do you really need a 3 TB drive, that will get a little pricey in SSD. Most people do will with a 512GB, unless you're downloading movies or have 1000s of songs or something.

This drive would not work with a PS4 Nyko.  The Nyko would work with a similar drive that uses SATA cable.  This drive uses a SAS cable
