The Seagate Constellation ES ST1000NM0001 1TB hard drive uses a SAS 6Gb/s interface and is not compatible with SATA connections. Therefore, it will not work with your SATA hard drives without the appropriate hardware to bridge the two interfaces.

Does it readily work with CISCO UCS C200 M2 ?
