Hello, When I clicked the main page for this product, I noticed that it said 2 yrs. Now I assume that that was the warranty period, but when I actually clicked on the "warranty/returns" tab, it says 1 yr. Which is it?

Can't tell from photo--does this drive have the 4 pins for jumper shunts next to the SATA and power connectors?  Unlike some Seagate 3.0Gb/s drives, this one has no instructions on the paper label for constraining data rate to 1.5 Gb/s.
