Why is the page saying 1 year warrenty? is this correct?

Warranty is dependent on the seller. I ordered mine which were shipped and sold by Newegg which have full 5 year Seagate warranty. Other sellers may not have a Seagate warranty and have to ship back to the seller for warranty claims.
