I want to install this in an Optiplex 7070, what kind of drive cage or mount do I need?

Assuming your 7070 has all of the original parts and doesn't already contain a 3.5" hard drive, nothing. The 7070 has one 3.5" hard drive bay (total), which is located directly adjacent the optical drive. If there's no 3.5" drive already installed in the system, then there should be an empty drive bracket (blue plastic) mounted in that position, which this 3.5" drive could be installed into. If the system already contains a 3.5" drive, then that drive would have to be removed to install a different 3.5" drive in its place. There is no room for more than one 3.5" drive in the Optiplex 7070 case. (The 7070 also has two 2.5" drive bays and an M.2 SSD slot on the motherboard, so there are a lot of options for adding storage, depending what's already installed. There just isn't a lot of space for 3.5" HDDs.)
