Will this drive work in an external hard drive enclosure as a drive for daily backups?

If it's the right size bay. You'll get faster back ups if you have an open internal SATA.

Can these drives be used as a Windows 10/64 desktop computer internal storage?

Sure, the 'NAS' designation is to classify it's more robust usage than a desktop as a NAS drive as part of a RAID is expected to take heavy read/writes in a 24/7 setting. You can always drive a Bugatti to the grocery store.

Anyone using these in a TiVo? If so, any issues?

I don't use TiVo, but you shouldn't run into issue w/ that drive unless you got one that was DoA for some reason. I have four of these in a RAID5 for my Plex movies & I haven't had better performance for the dollar. If you plan on using these for RAID & need lots of throughput I suggest the SAS enterprise drives, if they & the controller needed for them are within your budget.
