Pros: It works for my PS3.
Makes minimal to no noise.
I got it when it was $80.
Cons: A little slow compared to the 7200 series.
Overall Review: My PS3 has been running with this hard drive for over a month and I have no problems with it at all. I've used over 100 GBs already. Great hard drive.
Although it's a little slower than the 7200 series-- my friend has the 7200.4 Seagate--it has less chance of burning up inside my PS3.
Overall Review: Purchased this HDD to replace 80Gb PS3 HDD. Created a backup file, (30Gb) and installed the Seagate. Did a system restore and had to put the latest PS3 update on a thumbdrive to boot back up. No biggie, just downloaded it from Sony website and bam! I've got myself a 500Gb PS3 for $50!
Pros: Fit perfect into My PS3 and the price was fantastic(thanks Newegg). recieved it within 2 days for free.
Cons: Having to reload all my games. maybe I have too many games? There is currently no 750 gb drive that will fit in a PS3.
Overall Review: totally worth the price if you want a whole lot of storage space in your PS3. The 80gb drive that was in my PS3 was a momentus drive as well so it was kinda fate.
Pros: Trouble-free upgrade for my 3-year old white MacBook. Follow instructions from Apple's support website. Big laptop drive for $80 bucks with no shipping fee.
Cons: Not much.
Overall Review: Worth the money to upgrade. Hope this expanded capacity can make my MacBook last another 2 more years.

No problems8/27/2009 5:14:21 AM
Pros: Works fine on a MacBook pro, no noticeable change with the laptop's battery life and lots of space.
Cons: No jumpers for setting bus speed (Needs to be set to 1.5Gb/s for older Macs); A little louder than the OEM Momentus.
Overall Review: 3.5" drive jumpers can be used, but expect to use a bit of force to get them on!
Pros: Huge, Fast, Quiet
Cons: not 7200 RPM
