No. The upper lens provides a fixed wide-angle view, while the lower PTZ lens can pan and tilt through the app. Only the lower lens is motorized.
Will the solar panel keep the camera fully charged at all times?
The solar panel helps recharge the battery in direct sunlight. Fully charge the camera before first use. Heavy recording, frequent alerts, or long live viewing may require occasional USB charging.
