Overall Review: I burned about 20 of these discs with no errors, but now, months later, every last one of them has unreadable errors. My backup files are now gone forever. I will never buy Smartbuy again.

Pros: These discs work excellently with ASUS bluray burners of which I have several. VERY seldom - hardly ever do I a failure and I have burned several hundred of them. It does appear from posts that they are not compatable with all burners, so check compatability. The price is fairly decent

Pros: Perfect burns, particularly vidio files are flawless. Great asthetically. Really good looking and easy to label.

Cons: Really expensive. I realize that they are Dual Layer Blue Ray but there is already 4K and the cost is almost unjustified.

Pros: Works well at advertised 6x speed on my old old LG BD-RE WH10LS30 w 1.02 firmware. Burned 6, no coasters. It is a marvel that 50 gig can be burned on durable media in about 30 minutes!

Cons: Kind of an ugly dark purple writing surface. (shrug)

Overall Review: I am using the free program ImgBurn in Windows and Linux, as well. It is compiled to work perfectly with Wine! You simply MUST MUST MUST toggle OFF the check beside "BD-R Verify Not Required" under the Tools / Settings / Write options. Always -- for any BD-R media. It is checked ON, by default for reasons I cannot comprehend.

Pros: Low price.

Cons: Ritek discs. Specifically RITEK DR3. Ritek is generally know as being one of the lowest quality discs in the industry.

Overall Review: Although these did seem to work OK using a Pioneer BDR-209 Blu-Ray Burner...... I will stick with Verbatim discs. The burn quality is better. I would only use these as a last resort and probably NOT for anything I wanted to keep for a long time.

Pros: None.

Cons: These simply do not work. I've tried on both of my LG Blu-ray burners and they won't even start burning. I always get a "medium sense error". No coasters, the burner just refuses to burn them. Don't get them if you have an LG burner. Something is wrong with these discs, so I'm returning them for a refund.

Pros: 50gb burns x2 without a problem

Cons: None so far
