4 tabs are.to be connected to the Center of the antenna,  two from the small dipole end and two straps from the large ones.

The larger elements of this you connect manually.  The system iis fragile not suited to outside mounting and over tightening of connectors to control unit can break internal connections and disable unit!

Amplifier/control unit failed in less than two weeks.  It seems that the cable connectors are attached to the circuit board and connections fail if tightened or dropped.  would work less than 50 miles.
