The "quick charger" cannot be used while charging, adapters with the QC mark cannot be used.

Question : Can't I charge my earphones?
Answer : In the majority of cases, the problem is that there is a foreign object in the earphones that is not in line with the holes in the charger.
1.Check the two metal holes of the earphones for any foreign objects and wipe them with your hand or a cloth with alcohol.
2Please check if there is electricity in the charging case and charge it for more than 10 minutes.

Question :"Tried this when I first got them worked fine never used since then tried again and doesn't work."
Answer : Clean the charging terminals on both the earbuds and the charging case using an alcohol-soaked cotton swab. Then charge the earbuds for approximately one hour. The earbuds will gradually wake up and begin charging.
- If the product remains unused for an extended period, it should still be charged for approximately one hour every 20 days.
