I just purchased this RAM. I noticed that when i checked the speed out of the box, it was only 4800 so I had to go into the BIOS and move up the speed to 6000. Since I upped it to 6000, should i add more voltage to the RAM? If so how much more?

1.35V. However, if your BIOS has an XMP or EXPO option, it's best to enable it to get the advertised specs.
