This ultra-compact unit has high capacities of up to 512GB, and features a SATA III 6GBps interface, making it best suited to address the high performance needs and strict size limitations of small form factor devices. The advanced Intel Smart Response Technology allows you to use this SSD as cache memory in conjunction with another HDD or SSD. The DevSleep mode helps reduce power consumption and extend the battery life. Additionally, the MTS600 M.2 SSD also supports TRIM, NCQ, S.M.A.R.T. commands, a built-in ECC, wear-leveling, and intelligent block management for continued reliable performance. MTS400 and MTS800 are also available.

Intel Smart Response TechnologyWith ISRT, the users can configure their computer system with an SSD used as cache memory between the hard disk drive and system memory.
