Pros: And I'm not exaggerating that claim either. I've used tons of mice from all the major manufacturers with varying success. I no longer use wireless mice due to the fact that they eat batteries, which are getting more expensive by the day. As someone with large hands who plays a lot of strategy games, and uses CAD and rendering programs during the day, it's difficult to find mice that fit large hands. But the Level 10 is made for that. Lots of adjustment tools included that make the mouse fit hands of all shapes and sizes. The customizable lighting feature is particularly awesome. My laptop is a Lenovo Y500 and the black color with red lighting matches the keyboard perfectly. And if I get another laptop sometime down the road, I can change the lighting to match the keyboard. It also includes the carrying pouch and adjustment tool.

Cons: I now want to buy more than one of these for my other two PCs that I use. The C and D keys are pretty much useless. For gaming they can be of use but for normal activity like browsing they don't have much use, if any. The driver software is a bit difficult to figure out how to program, but most of the features I use like browser front and back are programmed by default. For the original MSRP, Thermaltake should have included weights to add to the mouse (as should be standard for any high end mouse) and a way to speed up or slow down the DPI, but that's not enough to knock it down an egg or two.

Overall Review: If you have large hands and are thinking of getting this mouse, do it. You will not regret it.

Pros: The mouse aesthetically looks awesome. You can customize three different light zones and adjust the height based on your mouse gripping style. I also like the weight

Cons: The left mouse button after one day started to make wailing noises when being clicked and sticks downward, making normal usage impossible. If doesn't happen if I force myself to click on the left portion of the mouse button, but in the middle or to the right and it squeaks and sticks. Shouldn't these issues be non-existant in a $100 mouse?

Overall Review: Going to return this and I'm scared to get another one. Will update review when I've got a 2nd one.

Pros: None. I have not been able to use this mouse at all, because I returned it immediately.

Cons: I ordered this mouse NEW, not an "open box" and certainly not a used item. I paid full price for it. I paid for next day shipping. When the mouse arrived, it was clearly a used item. And I don't mean a mouse that was unboxed, examined slightly, and then returned; I mean USED. The mouse was not secured fully in the box (apparently the ties or whatever originally held it down were not replaced, and it was just clunking around under the transparent display plastic). There was the obvious outline of someone's sweaty index finger on the left mouse button. There was a crusty accretion around the palm area. The teflon feet on the mouse were scuffed up, showing signs of sliding around a mousepad, or some other surface. Now, for an item I paid extra to have shipped next-day, I am waiting weeks to get the RMA process completed, over something that was entirely NewEgg's fault, just to get the item I ordered to begin with.

Overall Review: I have been a mostly-satisfied NewEgg customer for years. I have spent many thousands of dollars here. I was about to follow this purchase with an expensive, workstation video card, but after this recent experience, I have to seriously consider using a different vendor. Mistakes happen, yes, but trying to pass off a used item as new is just sleezy (check the other reviews--this happened to somebody else too).

Pros: Very adjustable. Looks awesome. Very responsive.

Cons: Takes getting used to. That's honestly all I think of.

Overall Review: I wrote this review after reading the 1 EGG review below mine. I have found a way to easily and comfortably hold the mouse. All of the buttons are responsive. everything about it just seems wonderful. The reviewer below me seems to have gotten a faulty mouse though. Even the best products have parts that fail sometimes. This doesn't mean that the products is terrible, but it does mean that you need to use your warranty. They give warranties for a reason. They know that sometimes things break, or just stop working. I hope that anyone looking to buy this mouse will take this into consideration.

Pros: I received this last week and it came with a large mouse pad. Over all it just feels high end, the weight is really nice for FPS gaming as I do not feel I am stuck to the pad nor feel the mouse is so light it's bouncy when in a fire fight. I love the ability to shift between DPI settings at will, helps alot when you scope in to snipe someone u can get really accurate shots. Buttons work nice so far, time will tell. I'm 6' 6" w/ big hands and this mouse is not uncomfortable. It looks wicked as @$%* can't go wrong there haha. Very easy to prog macros if you so desire.

Cons: The USB chord is in a braided sleeve that catches on the edge of my mouse pad making for some sticky situations while gaming, I may cut the sleeve off as it makes the chord very stiff over all. Web site has drivers update but you get a 404 error if you try and download them...you guys should fix that.. Some times for what ever reasons the mouse will swap to profile 2...I wouldnt notice in performance or anything but it's lights turn from the wicked red to purple...not my color. I'm a little worried about the L mouse button. It's easy enough to click but sometimes if I'm hammer down on it it feels as though it may push through or snap off. I mean I'm not jumping on the thing but it feels as tho the buttons mechanical stop is a little soft.

Overall Review: Ive been a logitech user on PC peripherals for years, Mouse , KB, the first 5.1 Z680, Z5500 sound systems, G35 headsets.....I saw this mouse and had to have it, so far I am totally happy with it's performance, lets just see if it has some durability over time.

Overall Review: This purchase was an unfortunate necessity for me. My previous mouse was a R.A.T. 7, which is nearly perfect in every way, except for the terrible tracking issues. So, when they came out with a newer (more expensive) version that still had the same tracking issues, I had to part ways, and I chose this new one. The mouse feels pretty nice in general. It is very solidly-constructed, and has a comfortable grip. Unfortunately, it is too light for me, and doesn't include weights. In addition to that, the palm rest is oddly thin, and doesn't accommodate my entire palm like the R.A.T. It feels nice, but not perfect. The R.A.T. fits like a glove. The buttons on the side are well-placed for the most part, but I found the ones on the left to be so easy to press accidentally that I had to just turn them off anyway. =-( The lighting scheme is very nice, and the three LEDs are individually adjustable, with several colors to choose from. The software is total junk, like the software for just about every mouse or keyboard I have ever used. The mouse seems to track well, and doesn't have any of the laser issues that plagued my R.A.T. Fortunately, this was the main issue, and I am willing to deal with a mouse that has somewhat inferior design in order to have stability. On another note, the sticker over the laser is really cheap, and tears instead of coming off cleanly. When trying to remove the pieces that stuck, it tore off some of the label on the underside of the mouse. Not very nice. Thermaltake, use a sticker that comes off cleanly please. Also, the mouse wheel has a loud squeaky sound if you scroll fast. It's pretty obnoxious. Overall, a solidly-built, nice-looking mouse that lacks in innovation and true customization. But it works well, and that's what really counts.

Pros: The mouse is the perfect size for my hand. I'm not picky and don't need the luxury of a pinky grip so that it rests comfortably i work in an office with an everyday average mouse. This mouse is the perfect weight for me and the side buttons on the left are perfectly ok with me. I Don't know how people accidentally hit them. If you have tiny hands then yeah this probably isn't the mouse for you. I am a Palm/Claw Gripper and this fits me perfectly. If you want style and a decent mouse that will get the job done. And to be able to say that your mouse was designed by BMW then look no further.

Cons: Not a Major Con but I wish the profile/sensitivity button could be useful during game play.

Overall Review: Newegg sent me a USED item. The Package looked like it had been kicked around multiple times. The bag the mouse came with looked like someone burnt it somehow and made it shrink. I know Newegg will say that they NEVER send used items. This item was definately used. The zip ties that hold the mouse in place were clear. ALL of the unboxing videos I have watched had it tied down in black zip ties. It also already had the sticker that covered the lazer removed. Which again is in every unboxing video I have seen. The cd and manual baggy that come in a plastic back came in a Half torn plastic bag. I find this unacceptable. LUCKILY for Newegg I value my time and NEEDED a new mouse so I didn't care to RMA the item and waste money. The mouse came intact and it works that all that matters to me. I don't care about a carrying bag or that some one else had their hands on it for 2 seconds and sent it back. I just hope it doesn't happen again. I don't like paying full price for used items.

Pros: I love this mouse I am a large guy and I have trouble finding mice that I can use, this is a great size. the actual mouse is a beautiful and works great I have one problem with the mouse (see cons) and I have no trouble while playing games the dpi button is very accessible and convenient to use their are up to 5 "profiles" which allow me to go from a FPS to an RPG to a RTS and have dpi settings for each of them and not have any time wasted changing the DPI settings.

Cons: the one problem (for which I docked a egg for) is that one out of 5 or 6 times I turn on my computer I have to unplug and then plug the mouse back in. I don't know why that is but I do know that it is very annoying. In my case I have my tower on a stand right beside me so it is just reaching over and unplug and plug it back in but I can see it being a big pain for someone with a different set up.

Overall Review: Still the best mouse I have ever owned.
