What's the buffer cache and rpm for this drive?

This specification is not listed by the manufacturer. It lists that it supports speeds up to 5.0Gbps. 16Gb cache and 7200RPM are difficult to get in a 2.5" HDD, and likely impossible to get while powered off of the USB bus. Also the USB bus may be your limiting factor in this type of setup.

Does this have the conection usb cable?

Yes, the usb connection cable comes with the hard drive. The cable itself is quite short (~20 cm or 8 inches) so you'll need to place the hard drive close to the computer.
