I would like to know if this remote would be compatible with the E320i internet smart tv. My remote died and I'm having trouble finding another one?

I bought this remote for my Vizio E601i-A3 TV. Even though it was not specifically listed for my smart TV it works fine and the keyboard also works better than the on-screen keyboard. I suspect that this remote will work with Vizio E320i. I Can't know from experience with your TV but my guess is that it will work.

Don't forget to put Lithium AA batteries in it. I started out with cheep Dollar store batteries in my old remote and they leaked acid and toasted the remote.

Will this remote work with a Vizio E70-C3 Smart TV ?  Especially the Qwerty Keyboard.

The Smart TV you have does allow for a Qwerty style remote but I am not sure this one is programmed for your T.V.  I do have two different model year Vizio Smart TV's and one remote will not work for the other.

why wont my keyboard work? do I have to push a button to link it to tv or something? the front works fine, just not the keyboard

Your Remote is RFID you are covering it with you hand when you type.
